As much as we enjoy and appreciate each one of our clients, we would like to remind you of our salons policies and procedures.

STUDIO POLICY

Our Service Guarantee 

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at His and Her Barbershop Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

*There is never a guarantee with clients hair expectations as previous at home care may have a part in these end results.

Please be patient with our stylists with the understanding that with any chemically altered hair we strive to do our best as a professional to give the clients closest to what their hair expectations might be at best with what each clients own hair will allow us to do.

Safely chemically altering clients hair is our first priority over achieved color because of this we will not accept any color brought in by the client for the service needed. Absolutely no outside color.

Please refrain from wearing any valuable jewelry or clothing. As we try our best to avoid any damages to be done, unexpected incidents may occur when working with chemicals and washing.

Pricing

*any pricing shown online will always be considered a base-pricing. The finalized price will be given at the end of each appointment. Pricing is determine by the time taken and product needed/used for the application during the appointment. 

Pricing given at all consultations is an estimated price and can change after the appointment when checking out.

Changes with pricing can fluctuate with each service and appointment.

A Convenience-fee of 3% on all services will be automatically charged when using a card/ecard to pay.


Refunds

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service if stylist feels it is appropriate. Please contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.

Alterations may be planned no longer than two days after clients initial appointment. The stylist will then choose the cost for each appointment for each client after clients hair is evaluated by the licensed professional.

Absolutely no returns on hair extensions once purchased and hair appointment is set for install.

Hair extensions are paid to directly from the client to the hair company following the hair company’s policy’s for returns and exchanges.

Right to Refuse Service

His and Her Barbershop Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff or to other clients inside of the establishment.

 24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
If an appointment is re-scheduled 3 individual times within the 24 hour window you may be placed on a walk-in basis only.

No Show

In order to respect the time of our Stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a $50 no show fee or a charge of 50% of the total amount due for services, whichever is greater and possibly serviced on a walk-in only basis. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge. Please read the updated terms on scheduling page.

Late

Please be courteous to your Stylist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Children

Our Children’s Menu is for children under the age of 10. Children over the age of 10 are charged for full price services.

His and Her Barbershop is a Family Friendly Establishment, However, all children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Keep in mind that our services may take longer than expected with all hair services.

Head Lice

It is against salon policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.

Privacy

Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
