STUDIO POLICY

Our Service Guarantee 

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at His and Her Barbershop Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.


Refunds

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service.Please contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.

Right to Refuse Service


His and Her Barbershop Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

 24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
If an appointment is re-scheduled 3 individual times within the 24 hour window you may be placed on a walk-in basis only.

No Show 

In order to respect the time of our Stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a $50 no show fee or a charge of 50% of the total amount due for services, whichever is greater and possibly serviced on a walk-in only basis. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.

Late

Please be courteous to your Stylist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Children


Our Children’s Menu is for children under the age of 10. Children over the age of 10 are charged for full price services.

His and Her Barbershop is a Family Friendly Establishment, However, all children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  

Head Lice

It is against salon policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.

Privacy

Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment.We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information
